Arron is hands down one of the most trustworthy contractors I’ve met in the Florida Panhandle. I had a client who needed a legitimate leak detection service and needed it asap. This summer’s storm season was so heavy and constant that flooding became common throughout the Panama City area. Arron was not only able to get out to the home within a week of being hired, he was able to identify some vulnerabilities on day one that had me and the roofers perplexed. His systematic approach was very effective and was neat to observe. I loved the way Arron respectfully interacted with the homeowner also. This man is a gentlemen and I will gladly be recommending him as often as I come across leak issues (which is often!).

I contacted Arron when I noticed three water stains on my livingroom ceiling. He was able to come out quickly and within an hour identify the source of problem. Afterwards, he gave me a detailed explanation, along with photos, of what was causing the leak, as well as instructions on how to have the issue properly fixed. I particularly appreciated these instructions as it can be difficult dealing with other contractors at times. Nobody wants to deal with a roof leak, but Arron’s knowledge and professional skill eased my mind about the severity of the problem and its solution. I highly recommend Leak Tech to anyone in need of an honest assessment of their water leak issues.

Arron did exactly what he said he would do!! Totally trustworthy! We weren’t able to be there and he called several times during the process to let us know what was going on. If you think you have water issues don’t hesitate to call him. He going to tell you the truth period. I live in Alabama and if I have issues at home I’m going to try to talk him into making the drive!!!
